Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or offer full refunds after this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Intimate or sanitary items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items that are not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Returns requested after 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take a few days to post the refund.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing details.

Sale Items

Only items sold at regular price are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’ll gladly replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, email us at duaat5353@gmail.com and send your item to: 17503 Coventry Oaks DR, HOUSTON, TX 77084 US.

Gift Returns

If you received the item as a gift:

  • If marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received.
  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver first, a refund will go to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
